ALPHA at St C’s - 2006/7
The next Parish Alpha Course
will take place in the Church Hall from 11th Oct 06 to 31st Jan 07
(with a break for Christmas).
The course will be led by Rev. Nigel Legrand ,
Rev. Mark Rainsbury and Rev. David Hoyle.
Alpha will be introduced at an Alpha Introduction
and Launch (with a meal!) in the Church Hall between 7.15pm & 9.30pm
on 11th Oct 2006.
What is the point of
life?
What happens
when we die?
What relevance
does Jesus have for our lives today?
How do we deal
with guilt?
If you would like to explore any of
these questions, then
Alpha is for you.
Why Alpha?

Is Alpha for you?
It is,
if:
* You have a number of unanswered
questions about life.
* You are interested in
investigating Christianity.
* You are a newcomer to
our Church.
* You feel that you have
never ‘got going’ as a Christian!
What happens at Alpha?
Each
Alpha meeting begins with a
meal. This is
followed by a talk and
group discussion. The
meeting lasts
about 2 hours & ends with tea/coffee.

What will it cost?
There is no set charge for the Alpha course, but if you would like to give a donation to the cost of meals or admin – thank you.
If you find it difficult to get to Alpha because of the lack of transport or baby sitting problems, please let us know and we shall do our best to help you.
