St Christopher’s Church is a Parish Church situated in Southbourne and is in partnership with a group of churches known as the Holdenhurst & Iford Benefice.

St Christopher’s Church wants to be a place where people feel welcome and can learn to love God, meet with the Son of God Jesus Christ in worship, prayer and bible teaching and be able to grow in a secure faith, trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord. We want to serve our community and be a visible expression of the light of God. The Church is engaged in many programmes during the year and to help visitors understand some of the variety of events and organisations which are led or are in partnership with the church, we have listed a few with some contact details.

We believe in God, in Jesus Christ as the Saviour of the world, and in the Holy Spirit who brings power, healing and guidance to people today. The bible is the centre of our worship and mission in the church.

With the Holy Spirit we are seeking ways to encourage and strengthen all those in our church and parish, so that they may grow to love God through a personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and reflect this in their love for others .
